Getting Started with Your Propper Account

Learn how to set up your Propper account and access your organization's workspace.

Creating Your Account

  1. If you're joining an Organization, you'll receive an email invitation. Click the link to: 
    1. Create your account or sign in
    2. Accept the organization invitation
    3. Set your preferences (language, timezone, notifications)
  2. If you will be creating a personal account, navigate to the Propper login page and click Sign Up.

Setting Your Preferences

Access your preferences from the user menu in the bottom-left corner:

  • Language: Choose from your organization's available languages
  • Timezone: Set your local timezone for accurate timestamps
  • Title & Company: Customize your title and company name (optional)

Troubleshooting

Can't access my account?

  • Check your email for the verification link
  • Ensure your organization admin has sent the invitation
  • Contact your IT team if using SSO
