Getting Started with Your Propper Account
Learn how to set up your Propper account and access your organization's workspace.
Creating Your Account
- If you're joining an Organization, you'll receive an email invitation. Click the link to:
- Create your account or sign in
- Accept the organization invitation
- Set your preferences (language, timezone, notifications)
- If you will be creating a personal account, navigate to the Propper login page and click Sign Up.
Setting Your Preferences
Access your preferences from the user menu in the bottom-left corner:
- Language: Choose from your organization's available languages
- Timezone: Set your local timezone for accurate timestamps
- Title & Company: Customize your title and company name (optional)
Troubleshooting
Can't access my account?
- Check your email for the verification link
- Ensure your organization admin has sent the invitation
- Contact your IT team if using SSO
