How to Migrate Templates

Note: You will first need to download the template .json file from your previous system. 

Importing Your Template

1. From the navigation panel on the left, click Sign
2. In the top-right corner, click Templates
3. Click Import Template 
4. Select Choose JSON File, then locate and select the .json file exported from your previous system
5. Click Import Template to continue
6. If a Templated ID already exists, you will be prompted to choose one of the following options:
   1. Create as New Template - Creates a new template that is separate from any existing templates
   2. Replace Existing Template - Replaces the existing template (with the same template ID) with the imported template
7. Once the import is complete, the template will appear under Sign > Templates. 
8. To begin using the template, click Use next to the desired template.
