How licensing works
Your Nutrient license stays yours.
Sign Unlimited is built on the Nutrient Document Engine SDK. Customers procure and maintain an active Nutrient license separately, and Propper does not resell or sublicense Nutrient licenses. If you are already a Nutrient customer, that dependency is satisfied before you start.
Sign Unlimited itself is licensed for unlimited transactions at a fixed cost and runs on your infrastructure: a Linux server with Docker support, 8GB RAM, and PostgreSQL. All documents and metadata remain in your environment.
