- Your annual agreement volume. That’s the second input, and it’s what sets your consumption tier.

- The same amount as one year of your current contract.

- Migration & integration
- Templates, users, completed-document history, and one standard integration, handled by our team at no charge. Custom API work, additional integrations, and non-standard data migrations are quoted on your switch call.
- Usage
- Priced on a consumption tier we set at or above your current annual volume. If you go past the tier, the difference is trued up once a year at your contracted rate rather than billed as a penalty overage.

- Your year-four renewal basis is written into the same agreement you sign, so you know the number before you commit to the trade.
