Audit Log Export, Conditional Logic & Bulk Template Operations

This release adds audit log export in CSV and PDF formats, a conditional logic rules builder for templates, bulk operations for templates and agreements, and several workflow polish and security improvements.

Notifications & Delivery

• Per-Recipient Email Delivery Status. The agreement drawer and public API now surface the email delivery status for each recipient — so you can see at a glance whether a notification was delivered, bounced, or is still pending.

Templates & Agreements

• Conditional Logic Rules Builder. Template authors can now define conditional logic rules that show or hide fields based on other field values, plus configure new download options on completed agreements.
• Bulk Template Operations. Select multiple templates and move, archive, or delete them in a single action — a big time-saver for organizations with large template libraries.
• Bulk Agreement Delete. Clean up your agreement list faster with multi-select bulk delete from the agreement management view.
• PDF Conversion on Upload. Upload Word documents, images, and other file types directly — Propper Sign now converts them to PDF server-side via Gotenberg, so you no longer need to convert documents before uploading.

Trial Experience

• Graceful Trial Expiration. Expired trial workspaces now enter a read-only state rather than hard-locking, giving users time to review existing agreements and upgrade without losing access to their data.

API

• OAuth URI Template Redirect URIs. OAuth applications can now register redirect URIs using URI templates (RFC 6570), allowing a single registration to match multiple valid redirect paths with dynamic segments. OAuth integration guide
• Agreement Order Type. The agreement update API now accepts and returns an explicit order type, making document ordering behavior more predictable for integrations.

Security

• Clickjacking Protection. Added X-Frame-Options and Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors headers across the web application to prevent clickjacking attacks.
• Pentest Hardening. Added additional HTTP security headers (including stricter Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy) as part of ongoing pentest remediation.

Reliability & Fixes

• AUTO_FILL Fields Now Render Correctly. Fixed an issue where AUTO_FILL_* fields were not rendering in the signing session overlay, leaving signers unable to see pre-filled values.
• Duplicate Agreement Creation Prevented. Resolved a race condition that could occasionally create duplicate agreements when the "Create" action was triggered multiple times in quick succession.
• Large File Upload Fix. Document uploads larger than 16 MiB now stream directly to the parser, fixing an issue where large files could be truncated before processing.
• iOS PDF Viewer Stability. The signing PDF viewer now virtualizes page rendering, preventing out-of-memory crashes on iOS devices when opening long documents.
• Certified Delivery Agreements. Agreements that only use the CERTIFIED_DELIVERY recipient role can now be sent successfully; previously the send action was incorrectly blocked.
• In-Person Signer Routing. Fixed two related issues: in-person signer host fields are now properly wired through the wizard recipient form, and completion logic correctly treats IN_PERSON_SIGNER recipients as blocking while routing activation to the host.
• Wizard Drag-and-Drop. Resolved an issue where the document drag-and-drop handler could fail in the template wizard when an empty upload placeholder was stranded on the page.
• Signing Completion Guards. Added defensive checks so signing completion no longer fails silently when source documents are missing.
• Duplicate Signing Group Names. The BFF now returns a clear 409 response (instead of a generic error) when a signing group name collides with an existing group, and guards against double-submit from the UI.
• Template Wizard Polish. Restored individual radio button selection and the group title drag handle in the template wizard.
• Phone Input Country Code. The phone input control now shows the country code in the trigger when flags are hidden, making the selected country obvious.
