How this is calculated. The labor saving is your 75% time-reduction estimate applied to 200 documents a month at 2h and $50/hr. That percentage is your assumption, not a Propper measurement.
Propper's cost is not an assumption: 2,400 documents a year on the Business plan, which includes 240, with the remainder at the published per-document rate. It comes from the same pricing model as the pricing calculator, and you can check every figure on the pricing page.
Headcount does not appear in that cost, and that is the pricing rather than an omission: the Business plan carries unlimited users at one flat rate for the whole organization, so 50 seats and one seat cost the same.
Only labor is modelled here. Implementation time, add-ons such as SMS or ID verification, and any other tooling you keep are not included.
