DocuSign Migration Recovery, Configurable Radio Buttons & Reply-To Emails

This week's release focuses on hardening the DocuSign migration path, giving template authors more control over radio button rendering, and making notification emails reply-friendly.

DocuSign Migration

• Self-Healing for Migrated Agreements. Agreements imported from DocuSign that previously returned 404 on download — caused by a path collision in earlier imports — now recover transparently the first time someone opens or exports them. Per-document downloads, completed-document downloads, and ZIP exports all resolve to the correct PDF without admin intervention. Re-delivered DocuSign Connect webhooks are also accepted as rehydration events, and Locker entries update automatically so search and AI ingestion stay in sync.

Templates & Agreements

• Configurable Radio Button Diameter. Template authors can now set a group-wide circle size (8–40 px) for radio button annotations from the radio group settings panel. The new diameter propagates through the tag editor, database, and signer view, replacing the previous fixed 14 px circle. Learn about template fields

Platform

• Monitored Reply-To on Notification Emails. Notification emails now send from notifications@mail.propper.ai with a default Reply-To of support@propper.ai. Replies to signing notifications now reach a monitored support inbox instead of bouncing. Per-message Reply-To values continue to take precedence when set.

Security

• Input Sanitization on Public Endpoints. Names, email subjects, and message bodies submitted through public-facing forms are now sanitized server-side to strip HTML tags and control characters before they reach storage or downstream processing.

Reliability & Fixes

• OAuth Consent Flow Restored. Fixed a regression where /auth/authorize returned 404 for every OAuth client — including Salesforce and the Propper MCP server — after a recent locale routing change. The endpoint now resolves correctly and the consent flow works end-to-end again.
• Recipient Review Links Restored. Public review-session links sent in recipient emails now load correctly instead of returning 404 under the new locale-aware routing.
• Cleaner Webhook Deploys. The outbound webhooks worker now drains in-flight delivery batches before disconnecting from the database during a deploy, eliminating the transient P2028 errors that could appear in logs at revision cutover.
