Redesigned Agreement Details, Approver Role & Multi-Org Switcher

This week we rebuilt the Agreement Details page into a single command center for every agreement, added a dedicated Approver role for review-and-sign-off workflows, and made it effortless to jump between organizations without logging out.

A Refreshed Agreement Details Page

We've rebuilt the Agreement Details page so everything you need to track an agreement lives in one place.

• Status at a Glance. A clear status badge and a dedicated Documents & Attachments view let you see exactly where an agreement stands and access every related file without leaving the page.
• Email Activity Timeline. A new Email Activity button opens a modal showing exactly which notifications were sent to each recipient and when, so you can confirm delivery and follow up with confidence.
• Delivery Failure Alerts. When a notification can't be delivered, the page now surfaces an Email Delivery Failed alert, and each recipient shows a per-recipient Sent status — making it obvious who has and hasn't received their request.
• One-Click Sign. A Sign call-to-action now appears directly on agreement detail surfaces, so signers can move from reviewing an agreement to signing it in a single step.
• "Member of Your Org" Badge. Recipient cards now flag teammates who belong to your organization, making it easy to distinguish internal reviewers from external signers at a glance.

New Approver Role

• Dedicated Approve / Reject Flow. You can now add recipients as Approvers with their own Approve or Reject step, separate from signing. This is ideal for internal sign-off — a manager or legal reviewer can approve an agreement before it advances to the people who actually sign.

Signing Groups

• Signing Group Picker, Restored. The Signing Group picker is back in both the agreement and template wizards, and signing-group recipients are now fully supported on the new Agreement Details page — so any one member of a group can act on a request.

Other Sign Improvements

• macOS Document Uploads. Documents exported as RTF from macOS apps (such as TextEdit) are now accepted on upload, removing a frustrating roadblock for Mac users.

Platform

• In-App Organization Switcher. Users who belong to more than one organization can now switch between them directly inside the app — no more logging out and back in to change context.
• Identity Verification Improvements. We refactored and repaired our OneID and ID.me identity-verification flows so that returning from a verification check reliably brings signers back to the right place, keeping high-assurance signing smooth from start to finish.

Templates

• Business Use-Case Starter Templates. New seeded agreement templates give teams ready-made starting points for common business scenarios, so you can launch a polished agreement in minutes instead of building one from scratch.
