This week the redesigned Agreement Details page becomes the default experience — now a full page with live status updates and inline editing — and your organization's brand colors flow all the way through recipient emails and the signing completion screen.

Agreement Details, Now a Full Page

The redesigned Agreement Details view introduced last week is now the standard experience for every agreement.

• A Dedicated Full-Page View. Agreement Details has graduated from a slide-in drawer to a full page. Opening an agreement from your list, table, or dashboard now takes you straight to a focused details view with room for everything — documents, recipients, activity, and actions.
• Straight to Details After Sending. After you send an agreement, you now land directly on its details page instead of a confirmation screen, so you can immediately track delivery and signing progress.
• Edit Reminders & Expiration In Place. You can now adjust reminder cadence and the expiration window on an in-flight agreement directly from the details page — no more voiding and recreating an agreement just to give recipients more time. The reminders header also shows real reminder progress.
• Live Status Updates. While an agreement is out for signature, the details page now refreshes itself automatically — signing progress appears as it happens, without a manual reload.

Smarter Sending & Recipient Validation

• Role-Aware Recipient Requirements. Each recipient role now asks only for what it actually needs: recipients who just receive a copy or approve no longer require a name — a valid email is enough. The recipient form shows per-role hints and required-field markers, and recipient cards flag a missing email or phone number, not just a missing name.
• Catch Issues Before You Send. The send button now checks for incomplete recipients up front and routes you to the exact recipient that needs attention, with clear, actionable messages — replacing the generic "sending failed" errors some users hit.

Fixes & Polish

• Signing Groups in the Audit Trail. Signing group recipients now appear in the audit PDF's participant list, keeping your completion records complete.
• Template Document Re-Uploads. Replacing a document on a template no longer risks showing a stale version of the previous file.
• Crisper Document Rendering. Fixed a font rendering issue that could place a small mid-word gap in PDF text and signatures.

Custom Branding

• Brand Colors in Email Notifications. Signing invitations, completion notices, and approval emails now use your organization's primary brand color for action buttons — with automatically computed, contrast-safe button text so light brand colors stay readable.
• Branded Signing Completion. The screen recipients see after completing a signature now reflects your brand color instead of Propper's default styling, giving signers a consistent branded experience end to end.

Platform

• Re-Invite Team Members Reliably. Re-inviting a teammate whose previous invitation expired or was cancelled now works cleanly, issuing a fresh invitation instead of failing.

API & Developers

• Standards-Compliant OIDC UserInfo. The /oauth2/userinfo endpoint now returns the full set of scope-mapped OpenID Connect claims (email, name, given_name, family_name, preferred_username), fixing integrations with OIDC-certified clients such as the Salesforce "Connect to Propper" flow.
• Cleaner Click API Surface. Every Click API endpoint now has an explicit operation ID and consistent /v1/click paths, and the Click docs surface direct links to the OpenAPI specs — making generated SDKs and deep links into the API reference more reliable. View Click API docs
• Stable Operation IDs Across API References. Sign and Locker OpenAPI specs gained explicit operation IDs as well, so documentation links and generated client code stay stable across releases.
