Full-Page Template Details, Unsaved Change Warnings & Bulk Sends as One Row

Propper Sign makes templates easier to find, edit, and trust, tidies up how bulk sends and sent agreements are shown, and Propper Click's API tightens how integrations authenticate. A round of fixes smooths out SSO sign-in, signup, and document generation.

Propper Sign Enhancements

• Templates Open on Their Own Page. Clicking a template now opens a full details page, just like clicking an agreement, with its documents, recipients, and actions (including Edit) in plain view instead of tucked into a side drawer or overflow menu. Learn about templates
• No More Lost Template Edits. The template editor now warns you before you navigate away from unsaved changes, and name and description edits only save when you choose to save them, so you always know which changes took effect.
• Bulk Sends Appear as One Batch. A bulk send now shows as a single row in your agreements list, with a batch icon and a live count of its copies, in both table and grid views.
• See How an Agreement Routes. The recipients section of an agreement's details now shows whether it signs in sequential or parallel order whenever there are two or more recipients.
• See Exactly What Was Sent. The subject, message, and branding your recipients received are back on the agreement details page, alongside the delivery log in the renamed Email & activity view.

Propper Gen

• A Cleaner Template Editor. The template editor gains undo and redo plus inline rename in the header, focused Code and Preview modes with a side-by-side live preview, a Manage Data panel that tabs between data items and sample data, quick actions on a selected block, and a tidier, grouped Design panel.
• A Faster Template List. The Gen template list loads more quickly, and stays quick as your templates grow longer.

Click API

• Bearer-Token Authentication. Click API requests now authenticate with OAuth bearer tokens (the acceptance endpoints also continue to accept API keys). HTTP Basic authentication is no longer accepted. See the authentication docs
• Scopes Enforced on Every Route. Click read and write endpoints now check for their matching permission scopes, so a token can only do what it was granted.
• Team Management Moves to Organization Endpoints. Inviting, updating, and removing members, and reading or updating user settings, now live on the organization endpoints and use the user-management scopes rather than Click product scopes. See the Click API docs

Fixes & Reliability

• SSO Sign-In With Multiple Signing Certificates. Organizations whose identity provider (such as Google Workspace) publishes more than one signing certificate can now sign in with SSO. The SSO settings page also shows your saved configuration, explains why SSO can't be enabled until a domain is verified, and no longer turns off a live configuration when you edit it.
• Template Fields Stay Put. Removing a recipient from a template no longer clears the fields placed for the remaining recipients.
• Generated Documents Finalize Reliably. Generated documents that count items in a list now complete correctly after signing, and a Word template with a mistyped placeholder renders what it can with a warning instead of failing outright.
• Clearer Signup. The signup form now tells you up front when a password is too short, instead of sending you back a step after you submit.
• Logos and Previews Display Reliably. Brand logos on signing sessions and in the app, the public template preview, and the Click evidence viewer all display consistently again.
• Steadier Under Pressure. Behind-the-scenes hardening helps the app start up and recover more gracefully during cloud provider disruptions.
