A New Home Dashboard, Bulk Send from Any Template & Your Brand Across the App

This sprint brings a redesigned home dashboard that puts your signing queue front and center, a much more capable bulk send with a new batch tracking page, brand colors that reach every corner of Propper, and a round of fixes that make very large documents open, send, and download reliably.

A New Home Dashboard

• Signing Metrics at a Glance. The home dashboard now opens with a metrics strip showing agreements sent, completed, your completion rate, median time to sign, and how many agreements are awaiting you, plus a weekly completion trend.
• An Agreements List You Can Act On. Filter recent agreements by All, Awaiting you, Completed, or Drafts, and act straight from each row: sign, resume a draft, download, view, or send a reminder.
• Reminders from the Dashboard. Choosing Remind on an agreement shows who will be reminded and how, asks you to confirm, and then reports exactly which reminders went out. Only recipients whose turn it is are reminded.
• Timestamps That Tell Rows Apart. Recent activity in tables now reads as precise elapsed time, such as "42s ago" or "3h 12m ago", for anything under a day old.

Bulk Send

• Send Any Template in Bulk. Templates now offer a Send in bulk action. For each role, choose whether to keep the same person on every copy or fill that role from your CSV, and for fixed recipients, whether they sign once for all copies or separately on each.
• Fill Template Fields from Your CSV. Your bulk send CSV now includes a column for each editable template field, so you can pre-fill text, number, date, checkbox, and dropdown values for every copy from a spreadsheet. • A Clearer Batch Page. Each batch now has a tracking page with per-role progress cards and a searchable list of every copy, using one consistent set of statuses: Sent, Viewed, Signed, Declined, and Failed. You can export the list to CSV, correct a bounced email address inline, and resend failed copies.
• A Bulk Wizard That Makes Sense. Bulk roles are now opt-in, the "sign each copy separately" option appears when it matters, and the confirmation step shows how many copies and recipients you are about to send.

Your Brand, Everywhere

• Brand Color Across the Whole App. Your organization's brand color now drives the sidebar highlight, active tabs, focus rings, and filter chips, not just the primary buttons. Signers see the sender's brand applied throughout the signing page too. Learn about branding
• Readable Brand Colors. If your brand color is too light to read as text or borders, branding settings now warn you and offer a fix that keeps your color on buttons while using a darker shade of the same hue for text. Brand colors also stay out of dark mode, so headings and panels remain legible.

Propper Sign Enhancements

• Review Required Fields from AI Suggestions. AI field suggestions now mark each field as required or optional, and you can review and change that before fields are added, or make fields optional in one step with undo.
• Signing Order on Templates. You can now see and switch a template between sequential and parallel signing, and new templates default to sequential like agreements do.
• Permissions That Match Roles. Team members with the author role can now send the agreements they prepare, and the sidebar, search, settings, and editor only offer destinations a member's role can actually use.

Easier Migration to Propper

• Truer Docusign® Imports. Notes in imported Docusign templates now come across as read-only text, and any field that can't be converted exactly is reported individually for your review. Template exports keep their field types, and agreements generated from imported templates keep their signing order, including parallel signers.

Propper Gen

• Propper Gen Is Now Generally Available. Propper Gen is out of beta. Build finished documents from version-controlled templates and your own data, with PDF or HTML output through the app or the REST API. Gen is priced separately from your Propper plan; talk to our team to enable it on your account. Explore Propper Gen
• Nested Merge Fields and Conditional Sections. Word templates now support nested merge field names such as client.address.street, and Docusign-style conditional blocks include or remove sections based on your data.

Developer API

• Upload Once, Reference Anywhere. The Sign, Gen, and Locker APIs can now stage a document upload and then reference it by ID when creating agreements, templates, or documents, instead of embedding the file in the request. See the Sign API docs
• HTML Template Previews with Write Access. API clients that can create or edit Gen templates can now request HTML previews without a separate preview permission.
• Clearer API Errors. Requests that conflict with an agreement's state, or that reference a document source that can't be used, now return specific conflict and not-found errors instead of a generic failure.

Fixes & Reliability

• Very Large Documents Work End to End. Documents with hundreds or thousands of pages now open in the editor and stay responsive, send and complete without stalling, and completed agreements larger than 32 MB download reliably. Copied and recalled agreements now start from your original upload.
• Signing Sessions Finish Cleanly. Signers who only fill in details on an agreement that others sign can complete it, Decline to Sign works from the consent screen, and later signers in a sequence no longer appear as sent before their turn. If a completion is interrupted, the sender can now finish it.
• Smoother Mobile Signing. Fixed a script error in mobile Safari during signing, and the cookie banner no longer covers the signing disclosure on small screens.
• Easier Sign-In. People re-invited to an organization can accept the invitation by signing in with their password, signing up with an email that already has an account sends a helpful email instead of failing silently, and an expired organization selection returns you cleanly to sign-in.
• Small Polish. The agreement wizard header and step indicator no longer overlap long titles on narrow screens, and Locker API document creation no longer rejects valid requests.
