Security & Sign-In

• SSO Certificate Expiry Alerts. If your organization signs in with SSO, Propper now tracks when your identity provider's signing certificate expires and emails your organization admins 30 days before, 7 days before, and on expiry. You get time to rotate the certificate before anyone is locked out.
• Access Codes Stay Private. Agreement and template details now report only whether a recipient has an access code, and never include any form of the code itself, so the code your signer receives remains the only way past the access-code check.
• Smoother Claude Connector Setup. Connecting Propper from Claude no longer stalls when you need to sign in partway through: the connection picks up where it left off after sign-in and finishes the setup. Learn about the MCP integration

• A Refreshed Signing-Complete Screen. The page signers see after they finish has a new design in both light and dark mode, and it picks up your brand color. Text on the sign-up card is now always readable, whether your brand color is dark or light.
• Clearer Authentication Choices. Every recipient authentication method (access code, email, text message, and identity verification) now has its own icon, so the options read as one consistent set, including in right-to-left languages.

Sign API

• Upload Limits Enforced Up Front. Upload requests above the 25 MB Sign document limit are now rejected when the upload starts, so an integration learns right away instead of at agreement creation. See the Sign API docs
• Large Downloads Complete Reliably. Very large agreement and document downloads through the API now complete instead of failing partway.

Fixes & Reliability

• Audit Certificates for Every Agreement. Audit certificates now generate when field values contain characters such as accented letters, Cyrillic, or emoji. Long certificates continue onto a new page instead of running into the footer, and every document's hash is printed, not just the first five.
• Accurate Usage Counts. The agreement usage shown in your account now reflects every completed agreement, consistently across every screen.
• Small Polish. The Bulk Recipients header buttons stay on one line, dates display correctly even for unusual time zones and locales, and tooltips opened from the keyboard stay open while the page scrolls.
