Acceptance

Each milestone is complete when its owner delivers it and the Sponsor confirms in writing that it is complete; the final milestone must also meet the success metrics above. The Sponsor will accept or give specific written reasons for rejection within 5 business days. Rejected work is corrected and resubmitted under the same process.

Change Control

Changes to scope, milestones, or the end date take effect only when documented in a written change request that states the impact on schedule and cost, and is approved by the Sponsor and the Project Lead.
