AI Field Suggestions, Sign In for Saved Signatures & More Reliable Bulk Send

Propper Sign now suggests the fields on your document so preparing an agreement becomes a quick review, signers with a Propper account can reach their saved signatures without leaving the signing session, and a round of bulk send and Sign API fixes makes high-volume sending more predictable.

Propper Sign Enhancements

• Suggest Fields with AI. In the Prepare step, click Suggest Fields and Propper Sign scans your PDF for signatures, initials, dates, names, text, and checkbox or radio choices. Suggestions are grouped by kind in a side panel where you pick the signer, correct a type, accept or dismiss each one (or a whole group), and add everything remaining in one click. Nothing is added until you approve it, and an added batch undoes in a single step. Read how Suggest Fields works
• Sign In to Use a Saved Signature. Signers who already have a Propper account can now sign in from the signature window during a signing session. When they come back, their saved signatures and initials are ready to pick, and anything they had already started drawing or typing is kept.
• A Clearer Bulk Send Icon. Bulk sends in your agreements list now show a single document with a recipients badge, so they are easy to tell apart from individual agreements at a glance.

Sign API

• Partial Recipient Updates. Updating a recipient now accepts just the fields you want to change, instead of rejecting a request that leaves others out.
• Clearer Errors. Validation errors now say which field was rejected, and a request for a capability your plan doesn't include returns a clear explanation rather than a "not found" error.
• Accurate Uploads and Docs. Uploaded documents now report their real file size, and the published API reference now matches what the endpoints actually accept, including recipient roles and template update fields. See the Sign API docs

Fixes & Reliability

• Bulk Send Keeps Your Setup. Uploading or re-uploading a bulk CSV no longer removes recipients outside the bulk group or the fields you already assigned to them.
• Mixed Signing Orders Complete. Bulk sends that combine copy recipients with a shared signer, in any routing order, now advance and complete as expected.
• Bulk Send Failures Are Visible. Duplicate emails in a CSV are reported with their row numbers, copies whose invitations could not be delivered are marked as failed with a one-click retry, and nothing is reported as sent unless it actually went out.
• A Path to Billing After a Trial Ends. If your trial has expired, the app now loads fully with your branding, organization switcher, and notifications, so you can reach billing and upgrade, and signing out works as expected.
• Small Polish. Recipient searches are kept out of our service logs, and a malformed browser request no longer produces an error page.
