This record documents the new-home orientation and pre-closing walkthrough of the home at 123 Juniper Trail, Springvale, CO 80000 (the "Home"), conducted on May 3, 2027 by Casey Moreno of Cedar Crest Homes, LLC with the Homeowner.

1. Systems Demonstrated

During the orientation, the Builder's representative located and demonstrated the operation of the following systems and features:

HVAC thermostat operation and air-filter location

Main water shutoff valve and individual fixture shutoffs

Electrical panel, breaker labeling, and GFCI reset locations

Kitchen appliance operation and owner's manuals

Warranty request process and emergency contact

The Homeowner had the opportunity to ask questions about the operation, maintenance, and warranty coverage of each item above.

2. Punch List

The following items were identified during the walkthrough for the Builder to correct or complete:

3. Effect on Closing

The Builder will complete or correct each punch-list item above, at no cost to the Homeowner, by its target completion date or as soon as reasonably practicable after it, and this obligation survives closing. Unless this record states otherwise, open punch-list items do not delay the scheduled closing on May 6, 2027.

4. Homeowner Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Homeowner confirms that the orientation described in Section 1 took place and that the punch-list items above were recorded. This record is not a final acceptance of the Home and does not waive, release, or limit any right or remedy of the Homeowner under the purchase agreement, the limited warranty, or applicable law, including for defects that are not listed above, that were not visible or accessible on the walkthrough date, or that appear later.
