4. Closing the Service Order
Any new or unrelated concern should be submitted as a separate warranty request. This sign-off closes the service order in the Builder's warranty system only. It is not a release of any claim and does not shorten or waive any remaining coverage under the Home's limited warranty or any right the Homeowner has under applicable law. If the same condition recurs or the work proves defective, the Homeowner may submit a new request referencing this service order.
