This Options & Upgrades Addendum (the "Selection Sheet") is attached to and made part of the New Home Purchase Agreement dated August 15, 2026 (the "Purchase Agreement") between Jordan Avery and Riley Avery ("Buyer") and Cedar Crest Homes, LLC ("Builder"). It records the Buyer's finish selections for the residence and their agreed prices.

Selected Options & Upgrades

Revision and Supersession

This Selection Sheet is Revision 2. It lists the selections added or changed in this revision; together with the earlier revisions included in the Prior Selections Total, it states all of the Buyer's options and upgrades. If a selection in this revision conflicts with an earlier revision, this revision controls. The Revised Options Total shown above replaces the options and upgrades total carried in the Purchase Agreement and in any prior addendum, and the Revised Total Purchase Price above replaces the Total Purchase Price.

Payment and Substitutions

Options and upgrades are included in the Total Purchase Price and paid at closing; no separate option deposit is required. If a selected item becomes unavailable, the Builder will notify the Buyer, and the parties will agree in writing on a substitute of equal or better quality and any price adjustment. The Buyer should give a copy of this Selection Sheet to the Buyer's lender.

Selection Deadline

All selections must be finalized on or before September 30, 2026. After that date, selections are considered final and may be changed only by a Construction Change Order signed by both parties, which may carry additional cost and affect the construction schedule.
